Anne Rackley Berenbrok, artist
I grew up in a small town outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where my days were spent exploring the woods with my sisters and playing with our dogs, rabbits, and cat.
At a young age I was introduced to watercolors by my grandmother and my first memorable painting, a fruit still-life, was created in her kitchen. Today I continue to work at the same little wooden table where I learned to paint with my Gram.
In 2004 I earned a BFA degree with a printmaking emphasis from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. I currently reside outside Pittsburgh with my husband, three children, and our free spirited dog, Bernie.
